The special and unique character of the gourmet restaurant at our headquarters in Prinzregentenstrasse is founded in its blend of pleasure and wellbeing, culture and cuisine. It has been regarded as Munich's number one meeting-place for many years.
The name of our head chef Volker Eisenmann is synonymous with light Mediterranean-style delicacies. His artistry focuses on the extensive range of produce from our delicatessen store – a choice of fresh ingredients that is almost second to none for chefs. His offerings are designed to please the palate and delight our guests with the sheer élan they convey. Up to 150 guests can be accommodated in the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant and comfortable lounge. The kitchens are open to the elegant, welcoming dining-room.
