Here is some general information about Oktoberfest reservations with us and a reservation form.

Reservations:
Reservations for the 2013 Oktoberfest will be accepted in writing by fax or post since 1. April 2013.
Reservation times for Käfer Wies’n-Schänke
Midday from 11.30 am – 3.00 pm
Afternoons from 3.30 pm – 6.45 pm
Evenings from 7.15 or 8.00 pm to 0.30 am
Please see the attached overview for the remaining free midday times. We regret that we can no longer accept enquiries for evening times.
Please note that reservations for double periods (e.g. midday/afternoon or afternoon/evening) are not possible.
Please allow sufficient time for us to process your reservation request. You will receive confirmation of your requested time or proposals of alternative times/dates by the end of May 2013 at the latest.
Please note that owing to the large number of enquiries we are unable to provide telephone information about your reservation.
Methods of payment:
Your confirmation of reservation will be accompanied by information on minimum consumption charges and payment terms and a pre-printed bank transfer form. If you pay by online bank transfer, please state your customer number to ensure that we can track your payment.

Your reservation is only valid when we receive your payment. Reservations made without prompt payment will be deemed invalid. Bank charges incurred on international transfers are the responsibility of the customer.
Minimum consumption charge / vouchers:
For each person a consumption voucher has to be bought for the following reservation times
Monday to Sunday at 11.30 am and 3.30 pm Monday to Sunday at 7.15 and 8 pm

Please make sure that you bring your voucher on the day of reservation, as only original vouchers can be accepted!
No refunds can be made for lost or forgotten vouchers.
Vouchers for food and beverages will be sent to you by post by the end of August at the latest. A charge of € 12.50 will be made for sending the vouchers (€ 18.50 to international addresses). Please note that the sending of the vouchers is only possible inside the European Union. If you prefer to pick up the vouchers in person, please inform us or note it on your bank transfer form.
Vouchers can be collected in person from 17th June to 12th September, Monday to Friday from 9 am – 12 pm and 1 pm – 5 pm, at our office in Prinzregentenstrasse.
We regret that personal collection is not possible in the week of 16th to 20th September.
During the Oktoberfest you can collect vouchers daily from 11 am to 10 pm in the Käfer Wies’n-Schänke office (Abrechnungsbüro).
Ordering set menus:
If you hold a confirmed reservation, you will automatically receive our set menu suggestions for evening reservations and for large groups of 30 persons and over, together with our flyer for Oktoberfest merchandise and decor, by separate post by August at the latest. This information will naturally also be available on this website from August.
Places:
When processing your reservations, we naturally make every effort to fulfil any requests for specific places. Please note, however, that we are unable to promise specific areas of the tent or tables in advance.
Upon arrival, please find out your exact place and table number by going to our reservation counter in the centre of the tent or asking one of our hostesses.
Please take your places punctually as a complete group. Late arrival invalidates any claim to reserved places, regardless of voucher purchase.
Wristbands:
Wristbands are issued for evening reservations only. They are distributed on the evening of the reservation for the number of persons specified in the reservation, and must be fastened closely around the wrist. No entry will be granted to persons without wristbands.
Payment on the day of reservation:
Vouchers purchased in advance must be handed to your service staff when you pay your bill. Amounts in excess of the voucher amount can be paid in cash or by credit card.
Please check your bill immediately, later complaints will not be accepted.
